About Me & Fulcrum

My Philosophy on Personal Training
There was a time in my life when everything felt out of my control. I felt like I'd lost touch with myself, and honestly, I didn't know where to start putting the pieces back together.
Fitness found me almost by accident. What began as just something to do to stay active since I have always been an athlete, slowly turned into something I needed. Every workout was proof that I could show up for myself, even on the hard days. Little by little, I started feeling stronger — not just physically, but in a way that bled into every part of my life. Fitness didn't just change my body; it gave me my power back. It taught me that I was capable of more than I ever gave myself credit for, and that discipline and self-care weren't punishments — they were forms of self-respect.
With all this in mind I still wanted to be competitive so a few years ago, I fell in love with golf, and it ended up reshaping my fitness journey all over again. I quickly realized that golf isn't just a "walk and swing" sport it demands rotational power, stability, mobility, and control that most general workout programs don't address. So, I dove in headfirst, learning everything I could about training the specific muscles and movement patterns that actually translate to better performance on the course. That curiosity turned into a passion of its own, and it's shaped how I coach and train to this day.
Now, as a Certified Personal Trainer, Golf Fitness Coach, and Sports Nutrition Coach with other specializations, my mission is to help others find that same sense of strength and confidence — whatever brought them here, and whatever they're working toward. Whether your goals are on the course, in the gym, or just in your everyday life, I want to help you get there in a way that's realistic, sustainable, and yes — actually fun.
Because if I've learned anything, it's this: when you train for you, everything else starts to fall into place.
